JR Humphries is the “Neon Realtor” for a reason—he brings expertise, energy, and a one-of-a-kind spark to every real estate experience. An Upstate SC native with a talent for making complicated things feel simple, JR guides clients with honesty, humor, and a refreshingly straightforward approach.
Off the clock, he’s a skilled fiber artist who crochets and hand-dyes local wool. But as a Realtor, there’s no fluff—JR cuts through the noise, breaks things down clearly, and keeps clients grounded through every step. He never takes life too seriously, but he always shows up ready to advocate fiercely for the people he serves.

Maureen Kirk
As “That Rainbow Realtor” in Upstate South Carolina, I’m passionate about helping people find more than just a house, but a home. As I begin my fourth year in real estate, I proudly serve clients across the Upstate with a focus on authenticity, connection, and making the buying process feel exciting instead of overwhelming.

Team, the first out and proud Queer Real Estate team in Greenville, SC at Keller Williams Drive. I am also a member Keller Williams Rainbow Network and the Women of the Rainbow group, where community became family and I found my place.
While I specialize in new construction, I also love working with first-time home buyers and relocation clients as their “boots on the ground”. My favorite part of real estate is the hunt for the perfect home that truly fits my clients’ lifestyle and goals.
When I’m not showing homes or walking properties, you’ll probably find me at the gym, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my ducks.
